After not getting approved for an apt, why does it take soooo long to get a refund for the deposit of the apt? And why do you ask for a deposit along with the application fee upon applying for a unit?

That doesnt sound right to me. You should only be paying the application fee. Not a deposit. Once you are approved you pay deposit

Yes you only need to only do a application fee,then if you are approved for the apartment,then you give a deposit..
