I’ve been here for about 3 years and the last company that owned this building was absolutely horrible and did not care AT ALL but I can honestly say that New communities leasing team are doing a great job! They are so sweet and are doing the best they can to make things better if not, MORE. So, I appreciate you guys! Keep doing a great job and stay kind. :)

Horrible, there is mold traveling in the building and they are doing nothing about it. Someone ripped the door to get into the building off and people can come into the building whenever they like to. The building is infested with roaches and it stinks. It constantly smells like gas.. and they are constantly having false fire alarms where you have to walk down the disgusting stairway to find out it was a false alarm. Pee will be in elevators, and all around the parking lot. No matter how clean you are this place is disgusting. Honestly, they need to tear down this building. It’s not a safe place to live. There was a shooting about a year and a half ago.. security is barely at the desk and the night crew is high half of the time. Just horrible.. if you move here you will regret it. I left a nice review for a former person in management because he kept on asking me to but this complex doesn’t deserve a star at all.
