This place is going down. Maintenance requests are not answered; we supposedly have "valet trash," which we pay a monthly fee for, that is not picked up regularly. The ceilings leak. When I moved here, the maintenance crew was Johnny on the spot. No one EVER answers the phone at the management office, and submitting a maintenance request through the portal is a joke. It's a shame because it's not the residents causing this property to decline; it's ownership/management. I deleted the old review and updated it to this one on 10/04/2022. I originally gave 5 stars, but the service has dropped considerably in the past few years.

Have been living here for 2 years and I cannot wait until my lease is up ,my ac has been broken for 30days we are charged for trash service but I take out my own trash every day DO NOT MOVE HERE

Terrible apartment maintenance system. I arrived on the day I was scheduled to move in, and they were still in the process of finishing my apartment. Due to this, I had to move in with numerous repairs incomplete, and it has been over a month, and no one has atempted to address my work orders. My microwave still hasn't been fixed as promised, and other repairs that were leftiver have yet to be addressed. Since then, top priority seems to be going to getting other apartments ready for move in as they prepare to scam even more people with their shotty business practices. Maintenance workers that I do see move with no haste. I have placed numerous work orders that have not even been opened. Our garbage disposal has been backed up since the 6/27, cannot use my sink or dishwasher. No work orders are being answered, no emergency calls have answered, no digitial communication through th portal is answered, just more ignoring the problems while they focus of signing new tenants. I would give 0 stars if I could. Will be moving out promptly once my lease is fulfilled, and even sooner if it gets any worse.
