All the dude had to do was not be rude as hell & direct me to get car insurance for whatever car I could have rented. I don't put down businesses because everyone needs a job and money but next time when asked being a bit polite would get more money made for your company. If you don't need any money then why be in business?
They are doing a job. If people would do what they agree to there wouldn't be an issue.This used to be a decent place place. Now the people are rude and you need to find a better company to spend your $$$. They don't care about you.
You can purchase their insurance if you don't have full coverage
It is 180. If you rent on a Saturday you have to so at least 2 days as they're closed on Sunday.
