DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! BROKEN CAR They gave me a car with broken headlights, making me drive on the highway at night without properly functioning lights. Unreliable and they then BLAMED US for this and charged us for damage that their own employee noticed and admitted was there prior. Crooks! I am not the only one this happened to, AAMCAR needs to be held accountable before someone gets into a serious accident

The reason I've chosen this rental company was that they were giving the best price for a van (10 persons) and was proposed under large rental companies. Rental was in the beginning of August 2022. Up to that fine, the rest was my most miserable rental. The van was full of scratches, it had thousands of kilometers of life, worn out tires, dirty inside with no comfort accessories for the drive. Driving this van, was an experience that from the first minute I wished to end. I was charged $1000 to my credit card without being asked, which was released after a week. All transactions were done on paper and there was no trace of computing in the company. The return of the vehicle was again done orally, although document was requested that the vehicle was delivered safely. Nothing to assure the customer. Finally, although the van was returned full in the tank, they charged me 50 $ extra. They said that the tank was not full and that they had to fill 5 gallons extra. Unfortunately for them, I had personally filled the tank, 10 miles away from their station and I was sure that they were cheating on me. I tried to speak to a manager, email them my complain but no answer … My case was forwarded for legal actions. Companies must take care their customer if they want to exist. Avoid this company

If you are using a debit card you have to put a 1000 down. If your using a credit card all u have to put down is 200.
