Great experiences are not often the norm in the service industry. However today was a wonderful exception. Terk Bicycle Chelsea and in particular Marcus delivered. You know what struck me the most about my purchase today. The ease and comfortable manor in which they operated. I felt like they were real and the way they treated me was the way they treat everybody. You could just tell they were genuine. Extremely happy customer.

A great experience, my faith that there are friendly and knowledgeable bicycle technicians out there has been officialy restored. The tech here actually new (a lot) more about bicycles than me, was very friendly, didn't overcharged me (didn't even want to charge me at all!), repaired my bike quickly and on the spot.

Hi Guys, have 1987 Trek 820 mountain bike, US made. Chain broke yesterday---probably 15 years on it---broke at the master link. A) what would you charge just to repair it. B) + brake pad replacement. C) Full tune up. Necessary parts on hand?

I would recommend the client to review the 520 disc. It is a great touring bicycle with steel structure that would be good for them to load all their things for the tour.
