They say to: "Enter your address in the comments section below to see if you're in our Orange County coverage area." There is no Comments section on their website.

The Wisp web site says up to 1 Gbps but the best they can provide is 100Mbps up and down and we only live a mile away from the antenna. Why bother, cable is twice the speed and 2/3s the cost of Wisp. You can’t speak to anyone other than the receptionist. And she is not even provided with anything but the slowest speed (50/50 Mbps) pricing. Just publish the real speeds and corresponding pricing with the necessary caveats for Possible line of site obstructions.

I currently have a house full of people working from, going to school, gaming and streaming TV. WISP has been the best service to cover all of our needs. My internet connection and bandwidth has been perfect. Thank you WISP for the awesome reliable service.

I have always had horrible internet service in my area from all of the big service providers. Since I’ve had WISP I have not had one issue. We have 5 TVs, 4 phones & multiple iPads that are constantly in use with apps, internet & gaming. I would highly recommend WISP service to anyone.

Questions & Answers

What has happened and when is Wisp service going to be suspended?

Hi Deborah, hopefully never! The City recently revoked the permit we obtained under their cell tower ordinance. However, this rejection now places our case into a Petition for FCC review, during which we can continue operating without disruption. We're confident the FCC will ultimately classify us under OTARD protection, which preempts the City from requiring any special permitting.
