The leasing staff here are by far the best I’ve come across, I’ve toured a million places across Orange County over the past few months looking for my next place. And if you’re looking too, you know it’s hell out there for renters right now. Jan was SO helpful and on top it. She is so personable and went way above and beyond to help me get my dream apartment. We were just approved today and we are beyond excited to live at the Havens! Thank you to the entire team who helped us (Jan, Leslie, and Michael). It’s been refreshing working with such a friendly leasing team.

Leslie, the gentleman who helped us with the leasing process, was extremely helpful. He was informative and a pleasure to work with. My roommate and I appreciate the consistency and the warm welcome from the team. Thank you again!

Best customer service ever! Jan and Jennifer were super helpful today. As soon as we walked into the office, they greeted us with such warmth. We felt so welcomed, compared to other leasing offices we visited today. I can definitely say they topped them off. We were in search of a 2 bedroom and let me say the apartments are super, well kept and spacious! They have the nice upgraded cabinets and granite countertops. Only down fall was that they did not have washer/dryers but they do have several laundry facilities in the community. Washer/dryers were a must but we were sold! Thanks Jan & Jennifer you both made our experience so wonderful and we are excited to come on board!!

The apartments are nice and the common areas are kept clean. The management (Paul and Lucy) are horrible. Paul is a lazy price of work. They claim this as a family community, but the kids aren't allowed to be kids. They are constantly yelling at the kids And they allow residents to yell at kids for being kids and yet do nothing about old people who live here cursing, threatening and calling kids names. If you have an issue or complaint it will go unheard. Residents being drunk, having fist fights with their guest, yelling at the kids for playing, cops called muliple times on them and yet they are still here. Management tells us to call the cops, security and have everything documented. Multiple parents have done this but yet Paul and Lucy have done nothing. Good families leaving but the trash stays. Management is ass backwards and incompetent.

Select Essex communities offer homes that may be considered rent controlled. Availability and leasing terms are subject to change at any time. Essex also offers below-market rent (“BMR”) programs at select communities. While this is not a rental assistance program, BMR units may be available to residents who qualify based on their annual household income and the number of individuals living in their household. To determine if the community you are interested in offers BMR options, please contact the leasing office for more information.
We moved in two months ago and so far we absolutely love it. Definitely depends on what type of feel you're going for though. Before I had kids idk if I would have loved it because there are a TON of kids which is what makes it so awesome for us. The area is very convenient for their sports and I he schools are amazing
