We moved in two months ago and so far we absolutely love it. Definitely depends on what type of feel you're going for though. Before I had kids idk if I would have loved it because there are a TON of kids which is what makes it so awesome for us. The area is very convenient for their sports and I he schools are amazing

Around $1700 not unhappy people it's people that get evicted or kicked out this is one cool place to live in with many commodities close to everything in a beautiful city.
