Wanted to give a shout out to Grant for being very honest with me when someone else was not. I was being upsold a platinum restringing package that I really didn’t need but Grant was honest from the start and I really appreciate that l. Saved me $80 🧐

Huge shoutout to Richie and Mike. Richie was super caring and optimistic about my broken Epiphone guitar. Even though I did not have a warranty with Guitar Center, Richie spent the time looking for what he could do to help me out; which was filing a claim with Epiphone to repair/replace it. As for Mike, he was super informative about Gibson & Fender guitars, since I was thinking about buying one. Mike looks like Paul Rudd but even cooler!!!!!

I’ve been to a few guitar centers in OC. This guitar center in Fountain Valley lately has been my favorite. Salesperson Rob has been my go to guy. He’s helped me out on my DJ upgrades with speakers and cables. Always helpful. And Manager Miguel is awesome. Miguel did not let me leave the store unhappy. Thank you so much Miguel for your commitment to excellence!

I've only been to two GCs, but this one seemed small. Service was friendly and informative. I just stopped on the chance they had a pedal I was interested in, but they didn't. No complaints, typical guitar store.

No, but they might be able to give you a referral to someone who teaches voice.
I think you can. I tried selling my guitar effects there but they low-balled me. I think better place to sell is on craigslist or FB marketplace if you're not in a hurry.
They wear masks, limit the number of people in the store and maintain a safe distance from shoppers. I was there briefly, so I can't comment on sterilization and cleaning protocols.
No...
I believe the only repairs they do are on stringed instruments like guitars and Basses.
They did when I was there last week. Pretty good selection of used guitar's actually.
Yes, if you wait in line. If you order online you get it delivered to your car in five minutes like a VIP and you can drive off.
If you download the guitar center app you see what they have in stock and get it delivered to your Guitar Center near you.
No
Yes Guitar center sure can get you a fmguitar and have it set yp anyway you want it. They have a custom shop for string instruments and a luthier at the store. There prices are pretty good for big jobs cpared to other places from what ive been told. but not so mich for little things. I dont know if there is a minimum or much elae past that but they do a very nice job. Ive had other band members get all kinds of customization and repairs . as well as setting up brand new inatruments bought thwre otr othwrwise- yup they do that too. This parricular guitar center is one of the best ive been to on the wesrt coast and im primarily a drimmer but the people i play with who play guitar pretty mich shop gere for 90% of what they have And most people are quite knowledgeable.
Guitar Center does offer lessons, but only at their store in Orange. It's at The Block.
Give them a call. They can check stock for all the stores.
Yes, they do. They are priced anywhere from $99 to $2,099.00. Most of them have to be ordered from their website. If you don't like it, you can return it within 45 days.
