If I could give in no stars I would. First I want to mention they were not busy at all! We were the only people inside and there was one car in the drive through. We went inside and we were told there was no one to help us, so we used the kiosk. We ordered and waited. When our number was called we got our food and had to reach behind the counter to get a cup because the man threw the food on the counter and left. When we opened the bags we had no ketchup. I went to the front to get ketchup and waited 5 minutes (no joke) for the man to stop passing by me and hear the many calls for ketchup please. If I could have walked behind the counter I would have gotten them myself. I sat down to eat and found there was no bacon on my burger. I just ate it and went on. There was no way I was going to ask this rude person to fix it. The food was horrible and cold. The WORST experience in a McDonald’s that I have ever had! Also there was a young girl that was working but not really working. She kept going in the back and then to the parking lot for no apparent reason. Just ridiculous!

Terrible!!! We went there Jun 28,2022 at 9:30 p.m. They had a Big Mac pack which included 2 Big Macs, 2 med. fries and a 20 piece Mcnuggets. We asked for sweet and sour, BBQ sauce, and 4 ketchup packets.We got to our hotel to eat and opened the bag, NO SAUCE AT ALL AND NO NAPKINS. The employees were nice enough but that really makes me mad. Check your order before you leave this location or you're sure to be disappointed. 😡🤬

Egregious....lol ! I had to Google it to spell it! But no joke this is hands down the worst of the worst here. I've been there 3 different occasions and not once has the food been to par. ( And I set the bar pretty low just for them ) The staff is very unfriendly. Forget about a special order. Food received is always wrong. This is what a ten dollar meal looks like. Only I didn't take a pic of the warm drink or the cold fries. Only upside is that the place is nicely air conditioned and reasonably clean.

I went through the drive through and ordered $31 worth of food. 1 they forgot my hash browns. 2 when I went back to get them the "redshirt" guessing management wasn't friendly didn't apologize and somewhat threw the bad with the hash browns at me. 3 the orange juice was warm. And the food was less than warm. I can get better service in my own hometown. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. Do better McDonald's. "I'm not loving it"
