Great little hotel. It's the perfect location, the area is so pretty. They have a great pool, so so clean! The gardens are a nice touch. And we were on the third floor!!! That view!! Yes!

Staff was very nice. Room was spotless clean, heavy cleaner smell was the downside. Room was showing its age. TV was partially bad on the screen, sink had rust, bath fan was poorly installed and loud, shower rod was loose from wall, wall paper was peeling. Breakfast was typical hot breakfast.

Absolutely blown away!!! Amazing hotel and the staff every single one of them are so friendly and helpful. So clean and the charm of this place is so beautiful. The pool is perfect and the gardens and fountain and plant area with seating is gorgeous. I will Absolutely be back this is one of the best places I've ever stayed and so we'll priced esp being only a min from downtown!

We had such an awesome experience staying at the Quality Inn in Eureka Springs. For a basic hotel, they are really checking all of the important boxes. The breakfast was fantastic and included a breakfast casserole, sausage, eggs, waffles, etc. Staff were extremely friendly, especially the breakfast attendant, who cleared our plates and asked us if we had everything we needed. The carpet in the rooms looks newer since I last stayed here quite a few years ago, and the rooms were clean. The breakfast area has been remodeled recently and looks really nice. The thing I enjoyed most was the charm that this place has. It’s sort of like a motel frozen in time from my childhood in the 90s. It brought back a lot of nostalgia and memories because they have kept the decor in the lobby in an old Victorian style. There is also a beautiful fountain and walking down below the breakfast area and pool. Best of all it’s located just a minute or two from main st. Very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.
