I married my now wife here in 2015. It has a great view of downtown, and the Cresent Hotel is visible in the background. On 3-26-2022, we had a family member get married here as well. As we were leaving a photographer was setting up for a couples photo shoot.

If you’re a hobby drone operator and want the best place to fly around and get good shots of everything. This is the place to launch from. I was able to get all of downtown, the Crescent, the church, the passion play theater, and the Christ statue all from standing in this one spot and never lost signal on the drone.

A small quant stop. Not too much here other than the gazebo and the overlook. Great place to see downtown from. Also a good spot to launch a drone from.
