Terrible customer service. Went in to the office seeking a different vehicle my rental had issues and wasn't the vehicle class I had originally reserved. Gentleman at the front took my account number, and phone number and re assured me he would contact me within the next 2 days to let me know about a different vehicle. Never heard a single thing back. Not a phone call, email, anything. Even a phone call to tell me that there is no cars available would be common courtesy. Being a Platinum member means nothing if I can't even be afforded that.

Jess is the branch manager and she honestly is the best!!!! My little family of 5 was stuck in pasco over the most recent Father’s Day weekend trying to get to Seattle for graduation events. We had previously rented a standard SUV with pasco airport but quite frankly renting this vehicle was the wrong idea! Leg space doesn’t exist in a standard SUV when you have 3 boys and a husband who are taller than you (I’m 5’4” btw) and youre traveling with luggage (7 Pieces to be exact) to my sad surprise, a standard SUV isn’t as wide as mid or full size. Also Our plans to fly to Seattle failed miserably and at this point I all but lost hope thinking we would not make it in time. We decided to drive and gave a sad speech to our kids about thugging it out over the 4.5 hr drive- would they prefer losing space over not attending their cousins parties? I think not!!! lol but By some miracle Jess was able to not only swap our vehicle out for a van, but she was kind enough to keep our rate the same (insert tears of joy)!!!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH JESS you saved our family’s trip and saved a mama from crying sad tears. You are definitely our hero. We will continue to be loyal customers for enterprise because y’all always pull through in clutch circumstances and even tho it was my first time renting from this branch it will definitely NOT be the last!!!!

A BIG SHOUT-OUT to the two wonderful Enterprise Employees that were working today (4/2/22). After having a terrible experience at a different Enterprise location, these two didn't hesitate to assist with my rental needs. They were very kind and professional, I was out the door and on my way within minutes.

I have had need to get a rental a few time in the last few years. Each time enterprise has taken care of my needs and then made sure I had the best experience possible. The pick up feature is awesome, as they were willing to come get me when my truck was in the shop.
