HeartVein NYC Bronx location has extremely rude staff 😤 a medical assistant named Mindy was sassy and rude when I tried to reschedule my grandmother's appointment; she sarcastically stated "Oh I see you've called the office 1,2,3,4,5 times what can I help you with" (I called the office 3 times because of bad phone reception)The only doctor that is ever working at that location is also rude, neglects to give eye contact and is more concerned with practicing the Spanish language then practicing good bed side manners with his patients.
