This location either keeps losing my Amazon returns or my returns becomes lost during transit. I had to pay four of my Amazon ‘try on before you buy’ returns because Amazon never received them back. Worth over 400$ total of lost goods that I have to inevitably have to pay for. :(

Initially when I walked in I was surprised because the line was almost out the door. But I have to admit the staff was quick, efficient and friendly. They got the line down quickly and were even aware of the line and ask customers to move forward to make room inside the building so other customers did not have to stand outside in the heat.

I feel like most of the wait is spent watching employees chat back and forth. It takes entirely too long for them to go through customers. As a former FedEx office employee, I know that you need to learn to multitask and prioritize. Putting extra tape on a package can be done when it’s slow, not when you have a line. Better management would be good. Too bad this is the only store in hemet

Like how? Cash? If cash it would honestly be better through paypal or cash app or any way wiring cash or transfering because it would be more difficult for someone to get there hands on than a straight envolope,i work for FedEx and i hear about people losing money all the time trying to send striaght cash through mail when its easier and faster also safer with wiring cash or tranfering it just a heads up or go to walmart to the cash center which will cost a little bit depending on how much you send but garaunteed to be better for either way
As a fellow user your question seems "Shady As F~#k"; YET I had a similar question and after speaking to a Assistant manager at this location they told me as long as a Package has been shipped using UPS shipping services I could then specify "The UPS Store" on Stetson in Hemet as the Business 'To:(My Company, C/o "MY NAME") also Specifying Phone#. Once I verified with Assistant manager, Right NOW: a package is waiting for me at this location, Oct 24th.

You can ship a package there however, if the person you're shipping to does not have a PO box there they won't be able to collect. Hope this helps
