I absolutely Love coming here! This has been my "go to" Mail shop since I moved out here. All of the employees are friendly, nice and very helpful 😊. I am in quite frequently with a variety and multiple needs at once. I do multiple faxes, Alot of photo copying, emailing and tons of certified mailings. I have also had my paperwork notarized when I was going through my home loan modification. 5 sets of it. It was very time consuming and I was getting confused because there's lots of papers. But, Each time I am here, they help me, even if I have a million questions. The girls are great with knowing which is the hardcopy and which was just copied. And what goes where after copy and fax etc...They kept everything organized every time I come. Even paperclip. Or arrangement so its all separated. I trust them.They are very patient with Me and take the time to explain things. I am very happy with their customer service. I very much appreciate Plaza Mail Pac & Ship 👏. Thank You so much ! You have been a life saver 😁.

I have been to this store 3 times to order a rubber stamp. Each time I was told the supervisor wasn't in. They could not help me but gave me the paper work to fill out. Today, the third time, I asked what was the problem???? The young woman got extremely rude with me and said, "The problem is the supervisor isn't here!" I left, without comment, and will NEVER go back. I did quit a bit of business with them in the past. What a joke this place has become.
