I use water for one person but they charge lake 20 persons they charge for storm drain my street when rain the water go almost to my garage and not just me ..

Someone needs to explain why base pay is entered into the equation on my bill. we get billed for Base Pay Water consumption EMWD Sewer City Sewer & Storm drain Capital improvement Fee I called and was told that it was just the way it is with no explanation of each charge. I was also told that if i had an issue with it that I could go to a City council meeting to dispute the charges. I need to know what each charge is in detail first.

This place is a JOKE. They claim to be closed on FRIDAYS but they WILL turn off the water on Friday. Then you call to turn it back on and nobody answers.
