Had my wife do a Live Scan for her work and they had problems getting her finger prints done. They weren't patient enough and suggested to go somewhere else. UPS store had no problems doing it for her. When it comes to doing a Live Scan at this place it seems they don't know what they're doing!

I know it's Christmas eve.. But I just wanted to take the time to say.. What a blessing Kimberly and her daughter were today.. Not only did they help me repeated times today. As frustrating as I can be. They also made my grandson present extra special with there time and help making his book. They made my Christmas so much better.. I'm so thankful.
