They were super friendly and professional. I was supposed to take the car one day before but forgot my driver's license. They immediately offered to come tomorrow and save the car for me without any additional payments. Thank you for the great car and service

I Admit I never even rented a car from them , but all the red flags are there , that they such hard-core when every other newest review is a one star review, you know they have issues.....I hope they close this location or get new employees who know what the value of customer service is

Excellent customer service. This location is very professional and made my car rental experience very easy, fast, and convenient. I usually go all the way to Fort Lee to rent cars to avoid any unnecessary problems, but I will definitely be returning to this location. They must be under new management because it seemed like a completely new company.
