I was expecting to rent at Enterprise, but was told no one was at the counter, so I had to wait in a long line at Alamo. After waiting in line for over 1/2 an hour, I found the area where the car was (on my own, no one directed me to it). No one was there. Someone at another spot said, "what kind of car do you want? take any. You want that one? It's gassed up and ready to go." there was no organization or order to any of it. The car was nice and got good gas mileage, so that's why 3 stars instead of 0.
Excellent service, good selection of vehicles, competitive prices, and very efficient rental and return process. Highly recommended!
I was able to use my rewards for the rental of an SUV for 3 days. I really enjoyed the savings’
Enterprise is the only car rental business you need excellent service and great employees

AVIS delivers vehicles to Rickenbacker....reserve it online or call their Customer Service
Yes to midnight
Enterprise delivers cars only to specific body shops and repair centers they do not deliver to individuals private addresses
They allow to use our debit card only if you could show our return flight ticket else credit card is the only option. Hope it helps
Yes. Although they prefer that you return it to the same place you rented it from, you can rent a car for one way only. But there may be an additional fee, so make sure you ask about that. I was really pleased with the quality of the car and the cleanliness of the car. It still smelled brand new
Yes, they have dropbox option.
No it is no longer connected directly to the airport terminals. You need to take the shuttle provided, which runs frequently. It is only a few minutes ride to the new location. However, if you chose to walk, you could do so.
They had one person working the desk when I was there .. it could be lack of staff. I ran into issues with online reservations and no one to help with questions as well.
I'm not sure, though I don't know why not
Yes they are generally great to work with
Get online and look it up.
Yes with a credit card
You could pay cash but it is easier to use debit card
I have arrived at this airport after 11 pm and they were there. I think they stay if there is a reservation.
The reservation cannot be cancelled per say. Just notify the branch and they won't hold the car.
In the parking garage ,you can follow the signs for rental return
that's a very good question, in all likelihood they very well might. But you would need to ask the individual Enterprise office where you rent the car. All of the Enterprise Offices here in the immediate Columbus area on Morse Road and at the airport are all owned by the same family. So it doesn't matter which one you ask the answer should be the same. Hopefully that will help! Have you already rented a car from Enterprise? Regardless of whether the answer is yes or no just call them and ask them. There should be a phone number on the paperwork you completed or would complete. Make sure you get it before you rent! Although you can also look them up on the internet and their telephone number is listed. However the person answering the phone number at the call center is not necessarily physically located at the rental place. They can still get information to the rental place you will be going to. if renting from Enterprise at the airport they would be more than glad to take you there
Because not a fad yet
You need to have the second driver physically there to add, with their paperwork/license. You can add them at a different location if necessary, I have done this previously.
No, they close early on Saturdays
You're best bet is to call the location you plan to rent from to see which models they may have with a cd player. Many car models no longer have them.
They are open until midnight. You can call to confirm but you should be good.
