The car had major problems for a long distant drive.. then they are trying to charge me for the tow truck and other things.. still working with them so I don't know what the results will be.

Very simple renting process and affordable! Staff could do better with thorough sanitation of cars after being used.

When I hired a car I was told they are open till almost midnight, so I guess there should be some one to give you the keys.
