I received a gel mani and pedi last week on July 8th. After two days of having the pedi, after walking outside the gel on my left toe became melted looking and chipped off but I blamed it on myself from walking in the heat. But now, a week later, chipping is happening on all of my nails including my hands. You can even tell where the gel was not laid thickly at all and you can see through to the nail. I called in today about this and was told I’d need to pay to get it fixed. When I stated that gel manis and pedis are meant to last 2-3 weeks, the guy said that sometimes it doesn’t. That’s a regular polish if it lasts a week only. It’s a scam to charge ppl for a gel polish knowing it will last only as long as regular. This place used to be great but never have I had a worst gel mani + pedi and never has any business told me that I need to come back to pay to get something fixed they have messed up on. The only reason a gel would chip that early is because of the application.

I had a wonderful experience with Li Li. She did excellent work, took her time, and was very friendly. For a gel manicure and pedicure I paid $103, which I believe to be very reasonable! I highly recommend this business!
