UPDATED REVIEW AT THE BOTTOM: They're ok but the guy in the front needs some customer service training. You can't use not speaking English as an excuse to be rude, rough and short with your customers. I would never go back to this man for anything. He did my mom's nails and he was so rude and short with her when she had questions and due to him not being able to speak English he was just barking certain words at us and getting upset when he couldn't understand and couldn't do a certain style that over the phone they told me that they could do! Then he was so rough with her pulling and grabbing on her hands hard when she wanted to look at her nails. He was horrible. I had Vey on the other hand and she had great customer service. It's a decent place to go if you need a quick Pedi or mani, that's about it. Update: worst gel mani and pedi I’ve ever had, not going here anymore. The older woman who sits in the front who I assume is the owner or manager gave me the worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life I had to go back because they chipped as soon as I left and then even when she fixed it they chipped again the same day. My gel pedicure on the other had lasted for at least a couple days before it chipped smh. When I went back the lady blamed it on my finger nails for the reason her terrible paint job didn’t last smh.
