Was visiting this location at North Star Mall…… very clean and friendly staff. Really customer service oriented. Unlike the other one here in SA where the employees didn’t greet you or even ask if they could help. As soon as we walked into the store we were immediately greeted with a warm smile and serviced right away. The store is located directly inside Saks Fifth Avenue. Kudos to Saks and their employees for such a great experience 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. I was able to add to my wife’s clutch and wallet collection.
