The worst of the worst. Staff was so unhelpful and unfreidnly during pick up. It took me almost as long to get my car as it did to fly from Boston to Columbus. 1 person helping 30+ people in line. Took over an hour to get my car. Then when I dropped it off, my final bill was $200+ over the quoted price with no explanation. DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET.

CMH airport budget is the worst. We paid in full about 2 months at least ahead of trip, and reserved a small economy car. I use a wheelchair and it's easier to get in and out of. We get there and guy sees me in a wheelchair and says he has a pick up truck for us. Um, no. How do I get in a pick up truck? SMH. He we are out of luck due to overlooking and he finds a huge mini van we can take or we can leave and cancel. Forced to take the gas guzzler and no concessions made. This is TWICE they've done this at the same place. Not Cool.

As per usual the experience was very good. Fastbreak was Fast! Bypassed the line, got my keys at a stand, got my clean car and off I went. I don't rent much anymore, but Budget always gets it done right. Always.

It depends on your bank but they usually release mine the day I bring the car back and I have it back in my account in 2 business days unless it’s the weekend then it takes a little longer but no longer than a week
I'm not 100%, but I'm assuming shuttle IF they run 24hours!

If you book through carrental.com there is no fee for cancellation and the website will normally give you the lowest available for that day at all car rental websites
I did it several times and always after 5 to 6 rings it goes to automatic answer and get all the way to customer service again....then I give up..
Actually just park in the regular return area. There's an overnight drop box at the front they look like gray mailboxes. I'm a former employee of this location. Please don't park on the regular parking lot as this will confuse the attendants and will likely result in your bill being closed improperly. There are typically staff available to check you in until 2 a.m. but you may have to go to the regular rental counter if it's after midnight.
Car return is adjacent to checkin. You can follow the signs and walk to checkin.
