Why nobody answer phone on this place. I try to contact them to ask about item forgotten inside the returned car, and customer service gave their phone but nobody answer, I am very frustrated with my first rental with budget.

I did it several times and always after 5 to 6 rings it goes to automatic answer and get all the way to customer service again....then I give up..

I got the direct phone number from Google, they answered my call, just try again
