Got a severe burn from one of their products - reached out to let them know and they were nothing but rude and accusatory of me. I was not asking for anything in return, but simply wanted to let them know so it wouldn't happen to other customers. I bought the product at Target, and Target was extremely understanding and compassionate about the situation. I now have a big scar on my neck/back. I will never buy from this company again, but honestly mostly because of the horrible customer service I received.

De La Cruz Eucalyptus Oil is 100 Pure and steam-distilled. However, like most essential oils, the pure oil is very toxic if swallowed.
