The rent was $800 for my two bedroom in 2018-2019, then went up to $850 in 2019-2020. I see rent has increased to $1040 in 2022. Smh

Dear god this place is a mess. I have no doubt that the good reviews on these apartments are either 3+ years old or fake. These apartments may be appealing because of the low pricing but dont be fooled, Almost all of the apartments have roaches and we had to heavily bomb our apartment before being able to actually settle in. Even then, the neighbors are constantly fighting outside and gun violence here is at an all time high. One especially horrible incident happened, I was inside my apartment when I seen loads of police and swat teams exit me out of my apartment. Apparently the mailman had been taken hostage at gunpoint in the apartment right across from mine. There are also constant gas leaks, the water is always getting cut off for hours on end, and there has been constant shootings for the past four days! The maintenance do not fix things properly and just last year some apartments burned down and they just now took them down, Please for the safety of you and your family DO NOT MOVE HERE.

My daughter moved in a month ago it's nice and clean inside and no noise at all...its 2/12/2018 still nice no noise come and fix stuff fast 6/8/2021 still nice no noise at all today is 9/13/22 she still live here it’s still nice and cheap she just see roaches no matter how clean u keep it
