Management isn't bad. Parking lots could use a reestablishing of guest spots and rules. Washer and Driers could some prevention maintenance. Wish they could add a way to put money on your card easier then cash only at the front office or debt credit only machine in V building, which never connects properly to the network so you can actually put money on your card.

New owners now, 2 months now. Promised lots of great changes,but haven't seen much of anything new Been here 4 months and it is very nice for the price. Management is great quick to respond, havnt seen any roaches or rats. We live on the 4th floor in building E our 3 small dogs love looking out the windows while on our bed The patio is also very nice we put up a 4 foot lattice and that keeps the dogs safe and not able to rip the screen. The pools are very nice and clean also. Very quiet also and well lite up at night, no problems at all.

This place makes you use spectrum you can't use any other cable providers and my mailbox is broken and when I told them and they told me to wait it's been weeks

This place sucks roaches everywhere rats drugs you name it’s here management is a joke and I had the maintenance steal things I couldn’t give concrete proof so they got away with it
