If I could give this place 0 stars I would these some projects not apartments . They never fix anything what’s the point of having maintenance? The gate never work so why are we paying for amenities that don’t even work. Trash is all over the neighborhood. They even have homeless people out here sleeping in the cars and no one does anything about it. Front office never answer their phone and when they do they are rude. They let the homeless sleep in the gazebo. Do I need to continue it’s just ridiculous raggedy cheap and put together is what these apartments are !

Maintenance is bad can't get anyone to fix anything and everything is falling apart and my power goes out often but not my neighbors power its bad

Very professional, I love the staff response time. Very curiously toward the kids. Kid friendly atmosphere. If we run into a problem, they step right In and handle it.

Customer service is horrible. The girl who answers the phone demanded that I give my name, and the manager was unprofessional as well. Work on that. I called to ask if they offer second chance housing. They said “we certainly do not,” even though it’s listed on the website!

Rent is considered late on the 6th and any time after. There is a late fee charged to your account of $50.00 if paid after the 5th. If late, rent must be paid with certified funds with either a cashier’s check or money orders and would be brought into the office with late fees included.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month; however, we accept rent until the 5th with no late fees.
There is a member of maintenance on call 24/7 for maintenance emergencies.
Smoking is not allowed within the apartment interiors We are a drug-free housing community.
We do not allow boats, jet skis, trailers, pods, etc… to be stored on the property.

Pest Control and Trash Removal are included in the rent. The water/sewer is billed monthly and is based off usage. You will receive a bill monthly and would pay the property that bill. You would put electricity in your name and you would pay the power company directly.

We do not allow any Pets on site We partner with www.petscreening.com and require approval for all assistance animals on site.
The security deposit can range between $200 and $600 with approved credit
