I've lived here for two years. The community is very quiet and the landscape is very nice. I am leaving because rent was increased 500+ dollars due to inflation. I also have had issues with maintenance. For example, the ceiling above my shower is peeling, and it still has not been fixed. The maintenance guy said a contractor would come out and fix it, but no one ever came. Secondly, when I moved in the wood floors were scratched very badly in the den and in living room area, but I was told by management there was nothing they could do, even though I was paying for an upgraded apartment. Also, if you do not keep your apartment at 69 degrees or below, the biggest waterbugs come through the vents.

Nice apartment complex in the middle of Newnan. Close to I85, apartments are in good condition and the pool area is great!
