This place is very very nice, very well maintained an it smelled great. Their was a lot of good amenities; the gym was well equipped, the pool was very luxurious. The color scheme of the buildings are perfect. I’m going to be living in a studio and I love how those units have a dividing wall to separate the different areas. It’s not just one big open space with a bathroom. Ashley was extremely sweet and helpful. I could tell she takes care of her tenants an is great at her job. I really look forward to living her for the next few years

One month in, we have had an outstanding experience with Promenade at Newnan Crossing. Coming from out of state, Kristin gave us a tour without an appointment & helped the process go very smoothly. As far as maintenance , we had a wash motor fail on our dishwasher on a Tuesday. Within minutes of putting our maintenance request in, Chris called & said he’d be over to take a look. He ordered the part & by Thursday morning, we were back in business. Coming from a different state, I look forward to meeting people through any and all social activities here!

Loved living at Promenade until my kids and I saw a mouse. We almost lost our minds. Called the office to tell them what we saw several times even had photos they said put down traps and they brought some traps as well. This is a fairly new complex why do they have mice? We ended up finding mice droppings in our closets, pantry and behind our sofa. We wondered why the last tenant moved to a different unit. Now we knew why, the mice infestation and the loud neighbors above us. They wouldn’t even let us terminate our lease without penalty, and didn’t offer us a different unit. We were so disgusted we were unable to live without fear of seeing a mouse running down the hall. When we left we ended up finding two dead mice in the HVAC room dead in the traps that had been laid down. WoW Promenade I had so high hopes for living here. Don’t get me wrong my family and I were happy here until that major issue happened.

Hi Kathy, No not all of our apartments have blue walls!
They have some apartments available now, some residents are already moved in and some are awaiting one of the buildings to be completed for move in. These are not apartments specifically for Seniors, however Seniors can live here. The price range is in the thousands anywhere from $1090 for a 1 BDRM 1 Bath and to $1400 for a 2 BDRM 2 Bath, however this neighborhood also has townhomes and 'Manor-Style' homes which I'm unsure on the price of
