Terrible experience. The new manager Miss Shirley is a racist. I’m reaching out to Georgia legal on her. I moved my family of four and I out to Georgia from Ohio with a voucher. Immediately I became a target. Even though I had a stroke just lost my baby everything. I had to deal with super loud neighbors and when I reported it miss Shirley turned the report against me. Tried to make the issues about my children and essentially bullying me out of my lease all bc she is trying to gentrify the apartment complex. Any one of color and/or on voucher program is not safe. She had no grounds to evict me so she persuaded me to voluntarily move bc the stress was not good for my health and she was very stressful and rude. No help. And the management company Dominium isn’t any better they won’t return phone calls to the tenants do the tenants can let them know what is going on. When I found out I wasn’t the only one she made uncomfortable living there and bullied out there lease I took to Google bc tenants need to be aware. Bc I wasn’t and now I’m back in Ohio looking for house after only living at these apartments since 3/25 and it is7/15. This isn’t even half the story but enough to know this isn’t somewhere that odd friendly to people of color nor on assistance BE AWARE

Riverstock has been a pleasure of a place to stay in. Pat initially helped me with the application process and made sure I felt that this would be a home unlike any other. She has been a gem and is dear to my heart because of her aid I called this place my home. Shirley is impeccable with making sure that this apartment is worth your wild. Grandiosity to Riverstock, Shirley and Pat. You won't find any better deal around Woodstock with the size of these apartments. Highly recommend!
