Me & my family visit my brother at this facility. The people who work here have always been helpful & kind! This is so important for the situation we are all in. The nurses & staff work hard taking care of their patients. I believe my brother & other patients are treated like family & are treated good.

I went to visit my Mom and it was a gorgeous day. One of the CNA's was taking some of the residents outside to enjoy some sunshine so Mom and I took advantage of it. We found us a table and a couple of chairs on the opposite end where the residents went and we had some good Quality sunshine. I have been extremely blessed to have found such a caring facility to take care of my Mama. They keep me informed if anything happens or changes. I would definitely reccomend them for your loved ones.

Been here 4 days and already moving around. Nurses and techs are great and very effienct. Housekeeping is great!!! Therapist are fabulous!!!!!

I have a heart full of gratitude and love when it comes to this facility. An unfortunate incident where my father had a stroke in the middle of a flight, set us down after an emergency landing in the Nashville area. After weeks in intensive care it was time to start rehab and we feel absolutely fortunate and pleased that we ended up at Quality. This place is well maintained by the nicest, totally qualified, most pleasant and helpful staff. They took such great care of my father during his stay there and also treated me and my family with a level of compassion that I will never forget. I'm sure some may say, "thats what they are supposed to do, because it's their job." And if thats the case, then they are very good at their jobs. But I'm positive that it's more than that based on what I saw from the other patients. As I walked the long hallway to my fathers room I'd pass many faces of other patients and the ones who could speak were always so kind. That type of kindness, when you are in an unfortunate situation, can only happen when you feel safe and cared for by the staff. That type of energy can only be passed down from each worker then into each patient and I'm pretty sure thats not in anyones job description ....its just them being awesome people! So thank you Quality for being so awesome to my family and to all of your patients!
