I've come to this dealership twice. Once for an oil change and the other for brakes. Each time the service was good and the prices were reasonable. However, after my services today, this will probably be my last visit. I was shocked & disappointed in paying $103.29 for a simple oil change. Mind you, I've never paid that much. I have a 2017 Tacoma and just reached 80,000 miles. Could that be it? In my opinion, the average US oil change should be between $30-$80. Also, they did have discounts but the service advisor didn't tell me about the "online coupons" until after I had already paid. I felt sick to my stomach walking out of the service center today. My advice - call before you come and thoroughly research the website. Always make an appointment with this location. Even if you're a repeat customer like I was. I feel they highly dislike Walk-Ins. I will definitely be learning how to change my own oil or going to other service centers in the area.

I'm not pleased with them. I went in to claim a prize that I thought I won because the flyer and the 1800 number was misleading. Well they felt like it would be cool to run my credit for a crappy $0.50 prize. I never have them authorization to do so. After making a fuss the sales manager provided me with a letter to give to the credit bureaus but the time and hassle I have to spend to resolve this. I am truly unsatisfied.
