The staff is exceptional! I called today and spoke to Tamika on the phone asking for assistance finding online digital research materials. Tamika was SO HELPFUL and I gained a few more search tricks with her excellent guidance. Can't find what you need? Call the Ga Archives and get AWESOME, friendly assistance! I give the Archives 5 BIG GOLD Stars! Thank You for always being there!

The only problem is getting in. Quite a convoluted set of doors that required us to call the front desk and then a long registration process and rather inhumane scanning process. But once you get in, the content is amazing, it is simply a library with digitized and tangible content such as books, photographs, Microcell, etc. I'd go back.

You can try finding his draft papers. The Georgia archives or national archives might have it. Is Abraham from Georgia?

They do not provide research services due to limited staff size. Their web page has a listing of outside researchers that provide hel0 for a fee. The Archives does provide some assistance through their "Ask an Archivist" part of website.

How can I obtain a copy of Benjamin F. Harvey’s signature on his military roster ? I found his name only in the “grey books” as being in the 63rd regiment.
