Chaley made my experience at Panera one to remember. I was looking at the cookies and she gave me a 100% guarantee of satisfaction and told me if it was not good I could spit the cookie onto her uniform. But I was greatly satisfied by the lovely frosted cookie that Chaley grew in her back yard her self. Panera cookies run on Chaley Hawkins.
