I bought tickets for 5/5/19 but take i have death in the family and can't make it how do I get them changed please advise

I would go to theater and have them exchanged. I'm sure you'll be fit in. During my screening on opening weekend there was plenty of seats available on a Saturday.

If they are Endgame, they will not change them. Otherwise you go to box office

Just go to the theater and have them refunded. No problem. You can go to any AMC Theatre.
