Hi Ms. Lakisha. Yes, I'm pretty confident either of those things can take place. And the customer service desk can assist you with that in-person, if it's convenient for you to visit sometime during the day when they're less busy with ticket sales. But as an alternative, you could instead contact the Customer Support (via email/call/help desk ticket) for whatever online or app-based entity you purchased your tickets through (i.e. Fandango.com, AmcTheatres.com, etc.).

You never redeemed so yes you can get a refund. I've personally been able to get a refund after letting one of the employees inside know what happened.
They are really good by working with you they should just issue a refund or a reschedule
