If I could give less stars I would. This is far and away one of THE WORST companies or organizations I have ever attempted to work with. Every three months, like clockwork, there's ALWAYS something. Literally every single time. I call ahead of time to try to prevent the hassle, confirm my order, get confirmation, I call again the week it's supposed to ship and I usually have to resubmit it because miraculously it's "not in the computer." In two years, I have never once, not one time, received my shipment within the original estimated delivery time. On at least 3 different occasions, they took so long getting s*** figured out, I had to get emergency supplies from my daughter's endocrinologist.

Why any insurance company would make you use this horrible inhumane company is beyond me! This is the worst company ever! Holding up medical supplies because they are clueless about billing is stupid. I ran out of medication and could not eat or take medicine for days due to this company. Luckily my doctor called in some shots, but this company will leave you high and dry. This is the most inhumane, horrible, despicable company. Aetna and any other insurance company should be ashamed of themselves for using this sham of a company.This company will kill you if you use them. This company needs to be deemed a public nuisance and shut down!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. We have been buying our supplies from Edgepark for about 15 years because they are in our insurance plan otherwise we would’ve gone elsewhere long ago. Every time we call to get a status on an order we get a different answer. We go through a he said she said scenario and many times we don’t get our supplies on time. And the time that it takes them to process an order and then send it the slowest way possible it takes at least two weeks. Since the supplies won’t go then through the insurance company two weeks in advance we are stuck more often than not. I honestly don’t know how this company is still in business. They don’t know which end is up. Horrible.

How can I get ahold of an actual person?? I’ve called every 800 number listed for them (which is an automated system) and the call goes blank for a min and then goes straight to a customer service survey asking if I was helped and then hangs up on me😡😡😡

Did you tell your bank that this charge wasn’t authorized? When it happened to me, I called my bank and told them and they got my money back. I hope this is resolved for you.
Try byron medical supplies. I haven't had any problems. Since they claimed I didn't have insurance.
I called the local sales rep two weeks ago and still haven't received a response.
Some of us don't have that option as this is the "preferred" provider for our insurance.
Today I was on hold for 30 minutes, then the representative picked up and I was told that my phone call will be transferred to another department. I waited again for 45 minutes before the other department picked up - for a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes!! They should be ashamed by their customer service.
Once again Edgepark likes to LIE about everything. They told my wife that they would "OVER NIGHT " some supplies for her and that's been 4 days ago. She is on a insulin pump. Half of the time she will get supplies that are not good at all. So that runs her short on supplies that's she has to have. Once again Edgepark is a BIG JOKE!!! Out of a 1 to 10 scale they get a minus 10!!

The facts are that the Edgepark reps lie. They contact you 2 weeks ahead of the supposed shipping date. You give them an OK to ship two weeks in advance, but they wait till the shipping date to even start to process the order which takes another 6 days and then they often discover they need some sort of paperwork from the doctor which takes more time causing you to continually get your supplies late each time. Since they always have a 5-6 day processing time that does not start till the shipping date, the next month the shipping date will be 5-6 days later in the month because the insurance counts 30 days from the time when it actual shipped out, moving the next fill date forward 5-6 days each time. I think we should all start a Class Action Lawsuit for the pain and suffering and stress of doing without our supplies and endangering patients.

They are not a good company to deal with. There are other medical supply companies to choose from. I'm planning to switch.
I have been waiting for liberte monitors for over 2 months and keep getting a pass the buck response. I found our that they drafted my bank account supply and have not received them yet. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend them to anyone!!!!.
My husband is in need of catheters because his bladder does not empty on its own. Since dealing with Edgepark, we have nothing but problems getting the needed catheters. I can never anticipate what the problem is because each time it is a different excuse. Recently, I ordered supplies on March 5, 2018. Edgepark advises that Medicare will not allow shipment if he has more than 5 days worth. When nothing received a week later, I called and was advised that they could not ship because we had not made the Medicare deductible. I pointed out that the Medicare deductible was paid in January and asked whyif there was a problem wasn't I contacted. The agent said she doesn't have time to follow-up on orders. She did check into the Medicare part of their organization and found that, indeed, we had met our Medicare deductible. Supplies were received on March 23, 2018. In the meantime, we had to make a trip to our urologist's office to obtain emergency supply--an hour and half away.
I have the same problem with my diabetes supplies.they send one of three parts at a time, when I need all three for it to work.

If as I believe you are inquiring about edgepark my question exactly you have to keep checking back on your order status and at least with my position she's very thorough but inevitably she has got to push more paperwork through every time my Dexcom supplies are ordered I'm not sure what the answer is here but I know I'm not satisfied with it either

I've been trying since November 2020 to get my supplies. Its always a runaround and I still have nothing from them. Total waste of time and energy.
I just call them and they always answer. They are very good on getting my fathers diabetic supplies fully covered with insurance

Its not them you have a issue with. Its your insurance. Medicare doesn't cover much unless you have the prescription benefits.
I've recently started a complaint,waiting on a new vendor with better service representatives an better service. Please file complaint hopefully they get on board or get shut down.
I have called the Edgepark number and chose the option for billing. They have helped me several times.

Their service is horrible. I have reached out to the President of Cardinal Health who owns Edgepark. They assigned a customer Advocate who has generally tried to help but it seems she can only do so much. I only wish I could switch however, my insurance, Paramount preferred does not accept any other supplier of diabetic pump supplies. When I was a Medical Mutual subscriber they used Alere and I never had a problem. They also had a "wellness " program and members received all supplies free. I guess 2 years ago equates to "the good old days".
