We have been waiting for CGM for 40 days. Is this normal? We are very disappointed. We call every day and they said that it would be ready in a few days. But we just still have to keep calling every day. Why ? I am crying while writing the comment

I have always had a Good Experience.....But I am A person that will call back If I have too..But I always write Down Name of person and Time

I have not had an issue with the services from edgepark. I recommend that the person and or persons having problems give their endocrinologist office a call and direct them to give them another medical device provider. The endocrinologist office could possibly get a better answer on what is holding up the process.
