This company is disgraceful. I have been trying to get pen needle for which I have a life time prescription and after 4 weeks and many excuses , I am still waiting. Patient care my rear end

Make sure to speak to the diabetic supply portion. They are more helpful with that sort of thing.

You can always try your pharmacy you use to get get your needles or you can try Edwards Health Care Services. Thats who I use now and they are really great with me and even open on Saturdays. And call you back pretty quickly. Yeah edgepark can be very very complicated.

That's one thing they told me they don't have, I was put on insulin pens one for 24 hour insulin and Novalog fast acting insulin and they told me they do not carry the pen needles.
