This company is disgraceful. I have been trying to get pen needle for which I have a life time prescription and after 4 weeks and many excuses , I am still waiting. Patient care my rear end
PLEASE verify what the item is and not just give an item number. When I am at work I do not have access to item numbers for all of my supplies as well as my husbands. It is called making healthcare easier through excellent customer service.
Is this even a legitimate company. Worse service ever! Always promised on each very long email that I will be receiving my product but never receive! Then next call am told it is on review when calls before was told it was to be shippped! shi
I don't understand why so many have issues. I call,speak to person. Only problem,last month,ordered& rec'd supplies,continually got phone calls(4) reaching out to confirm my shipment! It was days after I got it!!
