How can I get ahold of an actual person?? I’ve called every 800 number listed for them (which is an automated system) and the call goes blank for a min and then goes straight to a customer service survey asking if I was helped and then hangs up on me😡😡😡
I am a type one diabetic and use a dexcom cgm. I have called dexcom to ask they find me a different supplier. The last 5 months in a row Edgepark has been at least 2 weeks late getting me my sensors and transmitters. This month I was supposed to receive my supplies May 1st. I received my shipment on May 16th and of course they forgot to send my transmitter this shipment now I have I wait till they get around to sending it.
Edgepark is the worst.
I have to order medical supplies through Edgepark due to our insurance company. I have been ordering from Edgepark every month for the last 5 years. The only complaint I would have is that they call you way to many times to confirm your next order. I did become aggravated regarding their calls so I asked that communication be done via email. Edgepark completely honored my request. Maybe it would be beneficial for you to speak to a supervisor to address your issues so they can better accommodate your needs. Best of luck to you.
The company is not organized. I placed my order last Tuesday based on when supplies would run out gave all the proper information; was then again called on Thursday by a different person asked the same questions and answered them; called Saturday again with the same questions and informed supplies would by released on Monday. Our supplies ran out. As off today, a week has gone by, our supplies are not here. This company really has a zero rating in my books.
I am going threw the same problems for my mom.. there are times she goes without her supplies because edgepark doesn’t want to do their job the right way.. I recently wrote a long review on them and no one has yet gotten back to me. It hurts that millions of other people who use edgepark for their self or for their loved ones have to go threw this it really hurts.. I cry when I have to go back and forth with edgepark about my mom and her not getting her supplies that she needs.. and it hurts worse knowing other people are going threw the same thing
Worst company ever! I needed a new pump and they called me to get it processed. Come to find out they were never asked to process, a DIFFERENT company was asked to process my request. After waiting months to get a life dependent piece of equipment they call to say it was denied. After research I found out they were never asked to process and my insurance wont work with them. How the heck they got my info or my order baffles me. And the company that was supposed to process my order was "called by me" to cancel my order. I never called so my guess is someone with my info called.. I think edgepark. Thanks for messing with my life. Liars and thieves
This company is the absolute worst. The prices they quote are never exact always get an outrages bill after they send products. Shame on BCBS for making us order through Edgepark. I have been waiting since Oct. it’s now January for Edgepark and BCBS to get there ish together. In need of T1D supplies and yet to get an order authorized . Luckily Dexcom and Insulet Corp has worked with me otherwise we would have no supplies.
This company charges your credit card even when your deductible has been met (and also double bills your insurance) when processing orders. WHERE DO WE GO TO STOP THIS INSURANCE FRAUD?
Edgepark: Hey we're calling for the millionth time to confirm you order. It'll ship today! Expect it very soon! ......... order never ships because of some obscure issue that NO ONE lets you know about, so you never get your supplies in time and YOU have to call THEM to figure out the issue and then mayyyybe the supplies get shipped out in the next few days after that.
I have been dealing with ineptitude from Edgepark for a couple of years over my son's diabetic (T1D) supplies. It seems that they have multiple departments handling various aspects of accounts that do not talk to each other much less understand the whole process of ordering, authorizing, and receiving supplies which results in different people calling the patient for different reasons and confusing them about what is going on with their account. After getting authorization from my son (who was barely 18 at the time, covered by my insurance) I spent about two hours on the phone between calling Edgepark to understand what was going on and what they needed, before calling my insurance company, the prior authorization department, and the provider before calling them back to basically do their job for them and sort out the confusion that could have - and should have - been handled by their "customer service representatives" Makes you wonder what they actually do to help ...
I have an order with them. They told me it is 20 days to process. They claim it they already verified my insurance. 20 days to process floors me
1. I was unable to talk to customer service person. 2. I asked to talk to a supervisor.....I was switched and put on hold. NO ONE PICKED UP MY CALL. 3. I have been ordering this item since 1997. 4. Why can't I order this as auto pay?
At least you get an answer. All I ever get is a busy signal.
