Why is it that every single time my wife orders supplies for her insulin pump EdgePark screws the order up and send out the wrong stuff?. This is the only company that will take our health insurance ( blue cross blue shield is what my work has)

Once again Edgepark likes to LIE about everything. They told my wife that they would "OVER NIGHT " some supplies for her and that's been 4 days ago. She is on a insulin pump. Half of the time she will get supplies that are not good at all. So that runs her short on supplies that's she has to have. Once again Edgepark is a BIG JOKE!!! Out of a 1 to 10 scale they get a minus 10!!

They have already done it too me. They sent me 60 self Cathedars to hopefully hold me over until they figure out how to process my insurance thats literally taken them 2 weeks to do so, already. I got the package of 60 cathedars and it was the wrong thing. I'm actually reporting them. Ive had nothing but problems with them

Same thing here. My little one just got her new pump and have had nothing but trouble with every single order since we had to go through Edgepark. I have talked to a supervisor but do you think the order was corrected? NOPE! The supervisor screwed up.just as bad. I told them I am really missing Medtronic. Medtronic never screwed up on my daughters orders. And Medteonic even sent a few sets in an emergency. Edgepark won't even send 2 sets to hold you over because of their screw up. They would rather you struggle. I feel like they are messing with life or death. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. They could stop screwing up. That would be something they could do about it.

I think we all need to complain to blue cross..this is ridiculous
