My husband is in need of catheters because his bladder does not empty on its own. Since dealing with Edgepark, we have nothing but problems getting the needed catheters. I can never anticipate what the problem is because each time it is a different excuse. Recently, I ordered supplies on March 5, 2018. Edgepark advises that Medicare will not allow shipment if he has more than 5 days worth. When nothing received a week later, I called and was advised that they could not ship because we had not made the Medicare deductible. I pointed out that the Medicare deductible was paid in January and asked whyif there was a problem wasn't I contacted. The agent said she doesn't have time to follow-up on orders. She did check into the Medicare part of their organization and found that, indeed, we had met our Medicare deductible. Supplies were received on March 23, 2018. In the meantime, we had to make a trip to our urologist's office to obtain emergency supply--an hour and half away.
they have not been answering the phone for 2 days, my medical supplies should have arrived 10 days ago. I will be moving my account elsewhere.
I've been patient. That doesn't help when you have no supplies & have to make home made bags.
Patience is the key.
