Is something wrong with your phone service? I have been trying to call since Friday 1/11/2019 and just keep being put on hold for way to long. Longest so far has been 45 minutes!(To long!!!)

Today I was on hold for 30 minutes, then the representative picked up and I was told that my phone call will be transferred to another department. I waited again for 45 minutes before the other department picked up - for a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes!! They should be ashamed by their customer service.

Why is it that every single time my wife orders supplies for her insulin pump EdgePark screws the order up and send out the wrong stuff?. This is the only company that will take our health insurance ( blue cross blue shield is what my work has)

Why are there so many complaints?? I have never had an issue in the past 10+ years. Friendly people handing orders, great state of quality and technology. They have never disappointed me in any way. I feel we happy customers should speak up!!

When I first started with Edgepark they were great. Haven't been with them a year. Last 4 months, I have gone without supplies as I'm doing now. I called and told them to cancel I'm going somewhere else.
