I have been trying to order my sons omni pods(what distributes his insulin) for almost 2 weeks now. They keep telling me that they are coming. My son is officially out of supplies and they are still processing the order. This is life threatening.

If you take this up with your District Attorney, Edgepark will move its butt.

So with Omni pod supplies. Call your insurance and ask them to take off your pre authorization. I had the same problem with my Medtronic sensors and supplies. I had a supervisor from my insurance call them directly and they put notes in my edge park account to not have a pre-a. I now get my supplies in 1 day

They do the same.with my sensor strip I think there trying to kill us
