I just found out you take payments before the insurance co. pays. You also don't tell people that your taking the amount and how much. You just took $345.00 from my debit card and I wasn't told. For someone on disability thats a large amount to take.

Did you tell your bank that this charge wasn’t authorized? When it happened to me, I called my bank and told them and they got my money back. I hope this is resolved for you.

They charged me $1000 more than I was told and no one ever has any answers as to where my refund is at. No one ever calls back when they say they're going to. I finally contacted my bank and they handled it for me. So ridiculous

Have them take the card out of there system. They will contact you for payment after they process it thru your insurance.

That is why I won't give them my credit card number.
